Purpose of Role:
The HR Manager will provide support to a wide range of employees across multiple levels of the organization. They will ensure people programs, including Talent Management, Performance Conversations, ID&E, and Reward and Engagement, are well understood and supported. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives while promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:HR Service Delivery:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to stakeholders (leaders and employees) across all business areas. Guide and advise frontline managers on compensation and benefit policies and guidelines.Strategy:
Understand and translate local business needs and leverage data and networks to anticipate emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, gaining insights and accessing strategic options.Access and interpret people analytics to inform strategic people decisions.Organizational Capability:
Partner with specialists to ensure effective Learning & Development that builds required levels of capability and competence. Support the effective implementation of the Strategic People Planning process and report on progress against KPI'sAlign Initiatives:
Work closely with Regional HR team to ensure the delivery of people initiatives align with local business strategies.Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources or Business Administration5-10 years of experience providing HR support in a manufacturing industrySHRM Certificate preferred
