Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Conduct safety inspections, ensuring GMP compliance.Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and enhance product quality.Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support, operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling, packaging, etc.).Support deviation and CAPA investigations, revising procedures as needed, and implementing required process improvements.Conduct quality batch record and change control documentation review.Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures, reports, equipment logs, batch records, change records, etc.)Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.Additional responsibilities as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Hands-on experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems (filling, packaging, etc.) Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Experienced in cleanroom environments.Experienced with required technical documentation.Strong attention to detailAdvanced analytical and problem solving skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Equal Opportunity Employment Statement PSC is committed to is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity with respect to all employees, interns, and applicants for employment.
