Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
with over 5 years of experience as a Senior Vice President of Finance or Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$200k - $250k plus 20% Bonus
Position Overview:
The successful Chief Financial Officer (CFO) candidate will possess an active CPA certification and have a strong background in private equity and mergers/acquisitions, as well as direct manufacturing experience. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can help our client navigate our continued growth and drive financial excellence.
Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee financial risk management, investment strategies, and capital structure optimization.Direct and support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and practices.Lead the finance team, driving continuous improvement and professional development.Drive strategic decision-making through robust financial insights, data analysis, and forecasting.Engage with external stakeholders, including private equity firms, investors, and financial institutions.Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial and operational goals.Ensure the company maintains a strong audit trail and complies with all financial reporting requirements and regulations.Implement and maintain financial systems and controls for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Vice President of Finance or CFO, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.An active CPA certification Demonstrated private equity and mergers/acquisitions experience.Ability to lead and manage a team.Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.Active CPA.MBA is preferred.Benefits:
