Overview:

Position Summary:The Vendor Relations Insurance is responsible for coordinating and monitoring outsourced activities relevant to the revenue cycle for KPI performance. The Vendor Relations of Insurance will also liaise with internal ACI departments including field operations, and the practices to ensure KPIs, and SLAs are met across the fleet and within each practice.Responsibilities:Position Duties and Responsibilities :Responsibility for performance of outsourced vendor(s) to ensure quality, cost and timeliness of service to the practices and corporate.Weekly reports of progress on KPIs and issues to be provided to manager and vendor. Expect constant theme of projects to continually exceed KPIs and drive efficiencyCoordinating all internal department activities related to RCM activities, which will initially be outsourced.Ability to create presentations (.PPT) to share strategy, metrics, performance with management and vendorInteraction with Central Billing Office(RCM team) to handle next steps in AR resolution that are identified by status checks performed by outside vendorAudits and monitoring of outsourced services to ensure efficiency and adoption by the practices.Responsibility for seeking regular feedback relevant to outsourced functionsMonitor outsourced process flows and provide feedback to improve processes and results.Perform other duties as new opportunities arise and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:QualificationsAbility to interpret and effectively communicate insurance regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to facilitate telephone, in-person, and/or web-based training sessionsExcellent problem-solving skillsWell organized, accurate, and thoroughAdaptable; readily adjusts work schedule to adhere to changes in the work environment and is able to manage competing demands.Adept at prioritizing, planning work activities, and developing reasonable action plans.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, especially powerpointEducation and Experience Requirements:Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred.Minimum five years commercial insurance or Medicaid experience preferred.Experience in a medical or dental practice preferred.Computer Skills:Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.Proficiency with dental or medical software; Dentrix preferred.Core Competencies:
