Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry tasks while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure that client information is accurately input into our database systems, while also assisting customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records in database systems.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts or services.Verify information for accuracy and completeness before inputting data.Identify and escalate customer issues that require further attention from higher-level support.Conduct regular audits of data to ensure its accuracy and integrity over time.Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer service workflows.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM software and data management practices.Benefits
