What You'll Do:
The Treasury Director will be a leader and change-agent, overseeing, managing and planning the company's cash activity and investment performance on a daily basis. Additionally, this role will drive operational improvements for critical activities, including cash and liquidity management, short-term investments, foreign exchange and hedge execution (when needed) and managing our strategic banking relationships.
What You'll Be Working On:Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with our banks, with a critical eye pointed towards mitigation of concentration risk and fee managementDevelop, enhance and implement standardized daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting modelsOversee and manage cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity managementDevelop and implement key liquidity and financial metrics to monitor, report and drive performanceOversee and manage and enhance the investment strategy and portfolio, including recommendations for investment purchases, execution and settlement of purchasesAssist in understanding and managing credit facilities, including optimizing terms and conditions when neededEnsure ongoing compliance of credit facilities, including the timely submission of quarterly attestationsPresent potential hedging strategies to mitigate risks associated with interest rates and foreign exchangeAssist in the execution of our capital allocation strategiesMust Haves:
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 8 years of experience in Treasury and/or FP&A related positionsEffective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority, and to think creatively and identify innovative solutionsAbility to quickly problem solve and identify opportunities, quicklyAbility to communicate effectively both written and verbalStrong data analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of monetary markets, interest rate markets, investment strategies and hedging strategiesLocation:
New York, New York (Monday - Thursday in office; Friday remote)Salary Range:
$200,000 - $225,000
