Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needsImplement systems to capture business operation data that ensure data qualityDesign, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelinesAutomate data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks to streamline workflowsCreate and maintain enterprise datasets and reportsDocument data architecture, processes, and workflowsMaintain up-to-date technical documentation for reference and training purposesUse source control and change management tools effectivelyPerform other development duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science or equivalent information technology work experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in relational database data analysis, using Microsoft SQL Server technology stack to build queries and automate processesMinimum 3 years of experience with advanced features in Microsoft ExcelMinimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar technologyExperience with Azure cloud computing including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory is a plusExperience with ERP systems is a plusKnowledge of languages such as DAX, C# and Python is a plusMicrosoft certifications in database, reporting, or development areas are a big plusDedicated to staying current with emerging technologies and trends in data engineeringDesire to learn the business of growing plants to ensure optimal solution designWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Full time - flexibility to work extra hours if needed.Eye/hand coordination, typing, handling, & wrist motion continuously.Bending, reaching, stretching, standing, & walking occasionally.Competencies
