Job Summary
The Director, Workforce Analytics leads our HR data, data processes and insights function and drives and inform human capital decisions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize workforce performance, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational goals. Typically reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Seven (7) years of experience in HR business operations, workflow, data, reporting, analytics, workforce planning or related field, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.Strong business acumen and understanding of HR business, operations and workflow is essential.Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights to drive strategic HR initiatives and improve business outcomes.Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling techniques.Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Strategic mindset to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.Principal Accountabilities
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key talent metrics and objectives, and develop data-driven solutions to address critical business challenges.Design and conduct analyses on various HR workflows, data sources, and processes, including employee demographics, performance, engagement, and turnover, to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.Strong understanding and experience with HR business and operations and incorporate that into data insights and strategiesDevelop and maintain HR data governance processes that also includes dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and insights .Collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR Information Systems, Enterprise Analytics, and other clinical and operational functions to integrate HR data with other business data sources for comprehensive analytics and reporting.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in people data, workflow, analytics, insights and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Manage a team of analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development including matrixed teams.Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences.
