Data Collection Specialist

Qualitest is looking for Data Collection Technician to support the research department of our client who is at the cutting edge of the social media revolution. This is onsite position for Redmond -WA all 5 weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Capture visual and spatial data in various environments, including offices, outdoor spaces, and homes, using a range of collection devices such as glasses, helmet sensors, handheld devices, and backpack or a combination of the above. Troubleshoot basic technical issues with the equipment used during data collection. Conduct light data entry to maintain accurate records. Support the program's dogfooding population: manning the swag store where participants redeem prizes for participating in the program. Conduct demonstrations and tutorials that spotlight how the device works and what it can do Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough follow-through. Willingness to walk extensively in various environments. Aptitude for working with hardware. Previous experience in testing/QA, help desk support, GIS, or data collection is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Preferred Skills: Passion for AR/VR, hardware, or video games.
