This position is on-site in Temple, Texas.

We're seeking an individual who is driven by customer support and possesses technical skills. In this entry-level role, you'll gain experience in providing first-tier technical support. The SourceLink Help Desk offers full support for two proprietary online ordering systems and partial support for third-party systems used by our restaurant customers. You'll work under close supervision to apply established methods for maintaining a functional and productive work environment. We use a comprehensive ticketing system, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This is a fast-paced setting, so quick typing and the use of hot keys are crucial.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Previous experience in customer service in a call center is preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft / PC fundamentals.Ability to work outside of normal business hours to complete implementations and resolve issues.Office environment.Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
