Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Staff Accountant
to manage critical financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and revenue recognition. This role will ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, while providing valuable insights and contributing to the ongoing automation and process improvements within a paperless environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Ensure proper revenue recognition in line with GAAP and company policies.Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances in revenue, gross margins, and expenses.Assist in both internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation.Support initiatives to automate accounting processes and improve efficiencies.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
is required.At least 3 years of experience in a complex accounting environment, with strong expertise in the full month-end close cycle.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and sum-if formulas, with experience in accounting software.In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or inventory accounting is a plus.
