Job Description
This sales professional will join our Enterprise Sales team that is helping to fuel the growth of the organization. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing the relationships of Enterprise and-users to deliver the most ideal client journey.
Role SnapshotResponsible for communicating with clients via phone, email, and primarily video (Zoom & Microsoft Teams) to ensure an ideal candidate journey and identifying business opportunitiesDemonstrate products and services to a one-to-many setting when applicable via virtual setting, such as onboarding new members including group onboardingHandle end-user product and service issues or requests and escalate them as necessaryProvide support to the Enterprise Account ExecutiveResponsible for providing updates and communications to the end-user to support engagement with productsMonitor and summarize end-user reporting to the Enterprise organization and internally through Spear stakeholdersQualifications
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience including virtual setting & occasional in personMust have experience in customizing & delivering impactful client presentationsDental experience is highly desirableSaaS experience is highly desirableAdditional Information
The base salary for this position is between $70,000-80,000 per year. This role also includes an incentive compensation plan which will contribute to your overall compensation. In addition, Spear offers a full range of perks and benefits highlighted below
