The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financialstrategy, manage risk, and drive financial growth within the organization. Thishands-on role requires expertise in IFRS standards, complex manufacturingoperations, and ERP systems, with a focus on building financial processes andteams to enhance efficiency and scalability.
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership,ensuring all practices align with company goals. They will manage financialreporting, liquidity planning, and compliance, while also fostering operationalexcellence through process improvements. Role Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience
Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, orFinance (CPA preferred).
5+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles,within the manufacturing sector.
10+ years of experience in corporate finance, managingmultidivisional organizations, including job costing and profit analysis.
experience with public company financial and accounting leadershipresponsibility
Expertise in IFRS accounting standards, tax planning, andfinancial policies.
Proven success in rebuilding teams and improving processesto ensure operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial process.
Ability to manage compliance, audits, and financial riskeffectively.

Oversee and manage the company's financial activities,including developing annual operational and capital budgets and cash managementplans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory entities and IFRSstandards.
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the organization'sfiscal performance, aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
Manage longer-term budgetary planning and cost controlmeasures in alignment with strategic goals.
Financial Reporting & Risk Management
Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of internal andexternal financial reports, including monthly statements and annual audits.
Oversee financial analysis of budgets and forecasts toprovide actionable insights to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Monitor and manage financial risks to maintain financialstability and liquidity.
Strategic Vision & Leadership
Provide financial leadership to drive business results,operational efficiencies, and sustainable growth.
Align the financial function with the company's strategicvision, ensuring operations and tactics support growth objectives.
Communicate the strategic vision to management, ensuringalignment between goals and operational plans.
System & Process Optimization
Plan and oversee upgrades to financial systems, processes,and ERP platforms to enhance accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Coordinate and manage ERP systems across the organization,ensuring their proper functioning.
Recommend and implement technology strategies to supportbusiness growth and improve financial operations.
Leadership & Team Management
Oversee the activities of the accounting team, ensuringaccurate financial reports are produced on time.
