Responsibilities:Technica Corporation is seeking a
JIRA Developer
to support our team located in Washington DC.
This is a hybrid work situation, with the specifics being determined with the manager and selected candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering customized workflows to meet the organizational demands.?Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite?Create and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations??Design, build, customization and roll out of advanced Jira workflows (script runner plus automation), and schemes?Developing custom plugins for JSM/JiraConstruct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRATest and delivery of solutions/workflows and integrations with solutions such as Opsgenie, PagerDuty, Jenkins, Teamcity, Bitbucket, Confluence, and other Jira projectsRequirements:
Active DOD Top Secret SCI clearanceBachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, computer information systems or another relevant field and 5 years of experienceDevelopment experience of Atlassian systems (JSM, Jira server/Cloud)?Experience creating and working with complex workflows, automation, and integrations???Experience in the design, build, customization and roll out of advanced Jira workflows (script runner plus automation), and schemes?Experience developing custom plugins for JSM/Jira?Knowledge and application of best practices for JSM/Jira?Knowledge of ITSM practices and how they are fulfilled with JSM?Ability to work in agile framework?Strong communication and interpersonal skills?Self-starter with fine-tuned problem-solving skills?Strong analysis, planning, and organizational skillsDesired:
Ability to write Groovy scripts is a plusPrior deep knowledge of ScriptRunner, Salesforce Connector, Issue Templates, Jira Workflow Toolbox, Automation for Jira, or Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio) is a plus
