We are seeking a dynamic Temporary HR Generalist to join a team temporarily in Franklin, TN. In this temp role, you will support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while leveraging your spanish speaking skills to assist our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
salary: $26 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: Associate

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredEnglish/Spanish preferred4+ years of experience in HR generalist and/or support roles, with an excellent working knowledge of employee/labor relations Manufacturing and/or Distribution Center Experience is preferredMust be able to quickly gain trust and build relationshipsOutstanding organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skillsFull life cycle on/off boarding (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.)Conduct employee investigations and recommend actions to effectively resolve policy violationsElevate matters as needed to the Regional HR Manager or other authority as may be appropriate.Stay current on state/federal employment laws and company policies. Share 'need to know' information with managers to help improve their supervisory effectiveness and ensure complianceDeploy training to inform or assist employees/managers on job related activities, policies, and best practicesImplement HR programs, processes, and procedures as needed from Corporate HRCommit to a provide a gold standard HR department where diversity, equity, and inclusion are a priority
