LoyalTeam - Find ways to help each other succeed.JobDescription:Responsible for the supervisionand management of all aspects of assigned project(s) from mobilization throughpunch list and demobilization, including client relations and cost control onthe job. Oversee field installations of Plumbing and Piping systems, as well asequipment, on assigned projects. This typically includes new construction,equipment and piping retrofits, and renovations. Ensures that all system installationsand repairs are completed according to code and in a timely manner. Be able toeffectively communicate with their team members as well as clients orcustomers. Ability to performinstallations in a wide variety of settings including commercial offices,hotels, multi-use dwellings, process and medical installations.EssentialDuties:Be thoroughly familiar with Plans, Submittals,and Specifications. Work with PM and Field Superintendent in formulating construction schedule and maintaining construction schedule throughout the project from start to finish. Supervise employees, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure both quality control and project compliance. Identify and generate ALL RFI's related to assigned project. Coordinates with PM, Field Superintendent and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Coordinates with PM and Field Superintendent to resolve problems as they arise regarding plans or specifications, conflicts with engineers, clients and subcontractors and documentation of all corrections, changes, and requests. Produce and submit accurate job documentation as per the designated timeframe including dailies, time-sheets, safety reports, as-builts, etc.Ensures that all construction work performed isof the highest quality.ExperienceRequired:Minimumfive years' experience as a plumber or pipe fitter.
