National Marketing Coordinator

This person will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow ups, answering buyers' questions, attending meetings and taking notes/reporting back on notes, coordinating photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team and this is not a behind the desk job. They should be well-spoken, and organized. Other "Day to Day" tasks are listed below:· Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories · Coordinate and implement marketing request forms, coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis · Compile and manage project timelines and task lists · Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy · May perform other duties as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
