JOBSUMMARY
Coordination of all HYCO Operations responsibilities for thePlant.
Coordination of HYCO Maintenance responsibilities for the Plant.
Coordination of Operations of Plant items with the HYCO ROC includingpredictive analysis.
Support for all Account Management activities associated with the Plant andCustomer.
Support for Operations and Maintenance Management in HyCO sites outside ofthe Plant.
Operations Budget planning and management for the Plant including regular TARmanagement.
Management of Operations KPIs for the Plant including but not limited tosafety, reliability, environmental performance, plant efficiency and overtime.
HYCO Operations resource management and leadership for the Plant.
Support of HYCO growth agenda associated with the Plant in specific and asrequested for global elements.
Support for all Project Execution activities associated with the Plant andCustomer.
Proactive Leadership of HYCO Operations & Maintenance for the Plant.
Professional and effective management of all resource associated with thePlant.
Alignment with HYCO Business KPIs and Objectives
Alignment with HYCO Leadership.
Alignment with Matheson Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures includingcompliance.
Transparent information sharing and communication capability with seniormanagement and functional experts.
Flexible approach to work and schedule considerations.
Drive and capability to work across diverse group of direct staff andbusiness groups.

Plant Operations and Maintenance Management.
Safety Processes Planning and Implementation and Plant Site SafetyReviews. Fire and Hazardous Materials management for the Plant.
Plant and Staff Goal Setting and accomplishment in alignment with HYCOLeadership.
Environmental Management of Plant Site.
Health Management including management of COVID and other Matheson Policiesfor the Plant. Staff safety management including ensuring proper care for anyinjured or potentially injured staff.
External and internal Reporting regarding all aspects of Plant Operations andSafety, Health and Environmental items. Proper and timely reporting andfollow-up regarding Plant incidents and near misses.
Drive and ensure proper completion of Root Cause Analysis for incidents andnear misses and identification and completion of corrective and preventiveactions.
Quality Management for TRW items in collaboration with HYCO TRW Coordinatorand HYCO Executive Leadership.
Plant Site Hazop reviews in collaboration with Project Execution staff.
Review of Site Safety processes including PTW audits, ECP audits, LOTO reviewand the use of the isolation matrix and coordination of exemption meetings.
Preparation of scope, planning activities and on-site support and guidancefor Plant planned TARs.
Support for Account Management and Account Management and BudgetingProcesses.
Provision of Plant inputs to support Contract Renewals and BusinessDevelopment.
Plant Staff Development plans and actions in alignment with HYCO ExecutiveLeadership.
Preparation of Scope, planning activities and on-site support for Plant TARManagement including management of Contractors.
O&M Best Practice implementation for Plant. Recommendation forO&M and other Plant improvements to HYCO Executive Leadership.
