Packaged Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Minneapolis, MN, and the job duties are as follows:+ Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.+ Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.+ Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering cloud solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.+ Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.+ Supervise a team to gather and translate user/system requirements into design specifications.+ Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.+ Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:+ Working with business users for requirements gathering using Jira, Confluence, and GRC Archer toolset;+ Designing technical solutions to meet the business requirements;+ Implementing, analyzing, and auditing security policies, practices and rules across multi-platform systems using .NET and Java in data centers, AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud environments;+ Deploying security tools and utilities including Checkmarx, NexusIQ, Cyberark, Oauth2.0, and Security Abstraction Layer (SAL) to protect environments and monitor for security breaches and attacks;+ Developing and publishing Information Security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on best practices and compliance requirements;+ Developing and integrating security components using Github, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kafka, IBM MQ, and Rabbit MQ for security operations and management to support the construction of the security architecture;+ Managing the collaboration with IT Management, Legal, Safety and Security, and Law Enforcement agencies to address identified security vulnerabilities;+ Using cloud-based technologies, including EC2, EBS, Amazon S3, SQS, and Amazon Redshift; and+ Programming using database language including on Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Dynamo DB.Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.To apply, please click the APPLY button.#LI-DNI#IND-DNIWhat We BelieveWe have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
