In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes for manual and automated testing for BAU and multiple transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days onsite.This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment requiring the ideal candidate to perform effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. Establish and manage a robust quality assurance framework, including standards, processes, and metrics to ensure consistent quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various testing activities, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance test coverage.Manage a defect tracking and management process, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and resolution of defects.Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics to identify trends, measure progress, and inform decision-making.Interaction with development and business during the project testing life cycleWork closely with business and technology teams to analyze and resolve issues on the platformBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years' experience working in teams employing Agile and/or Lean methodologies with the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks/stories/sprints.B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of working experience.Preferred/Desired QualificationsStrong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Expertise in various testing techniques and toolsKnowledge of quality assurance standards and best practicesApp based automation testing experience.SQL/DB knowledgeExperience verifying highly available systems' performance for effectiveness, growth/scaling requirements, security, and compliance.Previous participation in a complete, ground-up product deployment.Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira would be a plus.Strong written and verbal communications skills.About our Technology Team: Technology is enhancing the ways we operate at every level of the firm, and the EisnerAmper Technology team is the driving force for that.
