Come join our team of inspired professionals and be a part of the unmatched scope of knowledge, resources and relationships to produce events that exceed our clients expectation and delight in every way.Job SummarySummaryThe Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for organizing and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse's storage, shipment and receiving processes, sanitation, and administrative functions. The PM Manager will report to the Warehouse & Beverage Manager and will help develop, train, and evaluate staff in addition to ensuring the maintenance of company assets. Essential FunctionsDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, shipping etc. to achieve an efficient warehouseManage daily, weekly, and monthly inventory Preparing large/special equipment for the next dayCollaborate with MOD's to ensure seamless communication to on-site teams and second runsEnsure workflows of all ware washers and are adhering to reasonable standards of workPacking disposable orders,Able to package platter orders as needed.Capable of fulfilling equipment orders as neededAble to prepare red and blue bins, or emergency kits for any event, as neededWork independently with minimum supervision.Able to use the time wisely and complete the chores for the following day Possess the capacity to decide when necessary.Capable of informing AEs of any replacementsEnsure par stocks of sheet pans and place orders for daily and weekly operationsKeep daily records of dish machines to include chemical levels and water temperature, maintaining documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activitiesEnsure safety of staff and a safe workplace: training employees on safe lifting, equipment operation, and other necessary procedures. Be constantly aware of safety hazards like wet floors or temperature fluctuations (especially in food warehouses) and report them immediatelyTrain and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
