Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
As an
Electronics Engineer
you will:Lead a small multidisciplinary team of engineers and be responsible for the development, certification, and delivery of an automated test system (ATS) that supports checkout of deployed re-entry vehicle assets that are critical to our nation's strategic deterrence.Develop performance and interface requirements for the ATS.Collaborate with hardware engineers, software engineers, systems engineers, production engineers, and program management to meet technical requirements within cost and schedule constraints.
To be effective in this role, you will need:Experience leading a team of design engineersElectronics design, analysis, test, and troubleshooting experienceExperience with analog circuit design, schematic capture, and analysis9+ years professional experience; 7+ years with Masters degree.While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD
Secret clearance , thus
US Citizenship
is required.

with:o Leading a team of design engineerso Electronics design, analysis, test, and troubleshootingo Analog circuit design, schematic capture, and analysisAbility to achieve and maintain a DoD Secret clearanceAbility to work on-site in King of Prussia, PADesired Skills:Experience with the following:o Design, integration, and test of test equipment for high reliability systemso Communication protocols (e.g. CAN bus, SPI, I2C, parallel/serial bus)o Designing with microcontrollerso Presenting informal or formal status to peers, management, and customero Missile or satellite hardware or related test hardwareo Failure investigation and root cause analysiso Major program reviews such as System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Qualification Readiness ReviewFamiliarity with the following:o Embedded software design for microcontroller unitso PWB layout and routingo Cable and harness designo FPGA designExcellent communication skills - written and verbal, in person and remoteActive DoD secret clearanceSecurity Clearance Statement:
