Role Description:Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirementsCustomize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScriptIntegrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methodsConfigure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practicesAssist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practicesOptimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutionsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholdersDocument technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharingConduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements
