What you'll be doing as a Load Out Manager:Fill mini-bulk tanks for customersCalibrate mini-bulk pumps and meters for customersClean and maintain mini-bulk tanks, pumps, and metersFill fertilizer tanks for customersClean and maintain fertilizer tanks and gas transfer pumpsClean and maintain bulk chemical tanks, pumps, and metersCalibrate as necessary bulk chemical metersClean and maintain bulk fertilizer tanks, pumps, and metersCalibrate as necessary bulk fertilizer metersMix and load chemicals ori sprayers and tenders for custom applicationKeep daily inventory of chemicals and fertilizersKeep monthly inventory of chemicals and fertilizersTriple rinse chemical jugs for recyclingFollow company policies and government regulationsAvailable shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends
Job requirements:Basic mechanical skillsOperate forkliftOperate spray equipmentOperate tender trucksComputer skills (Excel and navigating file structures)Understand proper chemical mixing techniqueWork well under pressureMulti-taskMath SkillsBackground Check RequiredDrug Test RequiredAble to work long hours and weekends when busyOrganizational SkillsReady to take control of the way you work?
