Position at SBM Management

The

Account Director

plays a key role in leading efforts to achieve organic growth goals. Account Directors will also focus on developing and implementing strategies for the retention of existing business by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver value to SBM customers in an impactful way to promote advocacy and align with SBM's established growth planProvide leadership and direction to support existing program retention and organic growth to meet individual account and corporate growth goalsEnsure all sites within the portfolio maintain compliance with contractual agreements, SBM's internal performance management system (4Insite), standardized processes, corporate departments, and company initiativesAdhere to all required customer and internal reporting requirements, including but not limited to internal growth and status updates, customer-facing business reviews, and monthly portfolio updatesTravel is required to assess site performance levels and health of relationshipSeek service enhancements to streamline operations, deliver efficiencies, and improve the customer experienceProactively assess customer and industry trends to identify opportunities to innovate and introduce next-level solutions across customer portfolioUnderstand and effectively communicate the vision, mission, and value propositions of SBM and all corporate departmentsWork interdepartmentally to support operational excellence and growth opportunitiesManage leadership succession planning through regular evaluation of site and portfolio leadership competency to ensure continuous and scalable growthConduct management meetings to order reinforce ownership, connection, and incentivization through all employee levelsPerform other duties, as assignedQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to set SBM apart by creating an exceptional experience for internal teams and customers.Dynamic communication skills required to effectively present to internal teams and external customers.Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and report documents with effective messaging.Operations experienceActive/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred

Salary: $150,000-160,000 per year
