Primoris Industrial & Civil is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Engineer/ Project Engineer specializing in gas turbines to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the installation, maintenance of gas turbine systems. This role requires a strong understanding of gas turbine operations. Primoris has a long history of consistent, reliable, power delivery and has constructed over 10GW of utility base load power (not including our equally strong renewable energy portfolio). JOB SUMMARY

Primoris Industrial & Civil is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Engineer specializing in gas turbines to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the installation, of gas turbine systems. This role requires a strong understanding of gas turbine projects.

RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the installation and commissioning of new gas turbine equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Oversee the installation and commissioning of new Balance of Plant equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Oversee subcontractor installations, turn over packages, and commissioning efforts.Develop project construction/advanced work packages and support superintendents with scope, materials, budget, QC requirements, and auditing of turnover package readiness.Maintain project controls records and earned value reporting.Develop change orders; technical and commercial descriptions and presentations.Document all construction activities, inspections and OEM checklists in detailed turn over packages for internal and client use.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with gas turbines in a field engineering or maintenance capacity.Strong technical knowledge of gas turbine systems, including mechanical and electrical components.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
