The Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch. The Client Service Manager directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJGs value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.How you'll make an impact :Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceededServe as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responsesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional serviceMonitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely paymentSkills for SuccessDevelop professional relationships with your internal and external partners.Utilize your resilient and adaptable mentality in the face of shifting priorities.Eagerness to collaborate with all Gallagher teams and employees.
