OVERVIEW:

We're on the hunt for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our dynamic independent pet sales team! Our most successful team members are self-starters with winning mindsets, adeptly managing multiple accounts to achieve ambitious goals.

In this pivotal role, you'll get to completely own your territory - strengthening business with existing accounts and forging valuable new relationships to drive growth. You'll have the exciting opportunity to sell all Antelope brands, including Bocce's Bakery, Diggin' Your Dog / Super Snouts, Ark Naturals, and My Perfect Pet.

Travel is required for field coverage, including trade shows and sales meetings, which will involve overnight stays. If you're ready to make an impact in the pet industry, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and expand relationships with both new and existing accountsDrive lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and closing of potential new customersEducate prospects on the value of all Antelope products and services through compelling pitches and trainingsLeverage provided data and CRM tools to enhance sales strategies and pinpoint growth opportunitiesEffectively manage within a designated trade budgetCollaborate with team members and support each other to winAdapt and lend support wherever needed as Antelope continues to grow!QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degreeAt least 1 year of experience; prior sales experience a plusAn energetic and outgoing personality driven by a passion for petsStrong communication and interpersonal skills that foster genuine connectionsAbility to engage and captivate audiences with compelling pitchesSkilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets goalsConfident decision-maker with a knack for exercising independent judgmentDetail-oriented and organized, ensuring everything runs smoothlyA positive, can-do attitude that energizes those around youReliable transportation and a willingness to travel monthly to connect with clientsMust love dogs or cats (& treats!)WHAT WE OFFER:
