Position - Quadrant (CCM) Business Analyst
Location - Hartford, CT Onsite
Duration - Fulltime Positions
Should have 10+ years' experience in Business Analyst role and exposure to CCM tools likeQuadient, Ex stream etc.,Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand business needs for customer communications.Optimize and enhance existing communication process with innovative features available in CCM.700/s.Must have prior experience on communication template rationalization and normalization.Responsible for template optimization including review and validation of templates with business and product teams.Knowledge in any Customer Communication Management transformation/Migration projects would be added advantage, preferably legacy system to Quadient..Extensive experience in data input, data processing, layout design, imposition and output models.Good skills in use case analysis and documentationAbility to manage projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, client management and attention to detail.Should have basic knowledge on Java Script, Json, XML, postscript and AFP.Hands on in CCM document composition using Quadient suite - Inspire Designer, Interactive andScalar.
