Clean Room Technician

**Job Title: Clean Room Technician$$$$$18 above****Job Description**We are seeking dedicated assemblers skilled in handling small, precise parts using tweezers. The role also includes operating machinery by aligning parts on a computer and initiating the process, as well as performing quality checks using microscopes or magnifying glasses. Candidates with an electronics assembly are preferred. Training in clean room operations or laser etching machine operation is also possible.**Responsibilities**+ Assemble small, precise parts using tweezers.+ Operate machinery by placing parts in jigs, aligning them on a computer, and initiating the process.+ Perform quality checks through microscopes or magnifying glasses.+ Possibly train for clean room operations or to run a laser etching machine.+ Take detailed notes daily for effective cross-training.+ Meet or exceed production goals.**Essential Skills**+ 2+ years of hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience.+ Experience in small part assembly and quality checks.+ Good attitude and eagerness to learn.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in electronics assembly is preferred.+ Flexibility in working in different positions as needed.+ Attention to detail and precision in handling small parts.**Why Work Here?**We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 3 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, a 401k with a 6% match, and health, dental, and vision insurance available from the first day of employment.
