The Senior Commercial Loan Coordinator oversees and manages workflow to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of loan documents in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Job Duties
Lead and manage the loan process with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, borrowers, vendors, title companies, brokers, analysts, and underwriters to meet SLAsReview and audit complex loan files for complete information, including entity documents, appraisal/values, title forms, certifications, collateral information, approved narrative, and other commercial loan documentsLead in ensuring compliance with lending regulations and internal controls for accuracy, timeliness and documentationAct as intermediary between broker partners and closing/settling agentsPrepare the loan closing instructions process for the borrower/broker and title company, verifying that all closing conditions have been metPrepare and review internally prepared and attorney-prepared complex loan documents prior to booking and funding to ensure loan covenants, rate, margin, borrower, and guarantors match the loan approval and credit memoEnsure and execute loan funding upon verification of all documentationAs a subject matter expert in the core banking systems, guide and advise other business unitsParticipate in and/or lead department projects and initiativesMentor other Loan Coordinators on a day-to-day basisEssential Skills
Minimum of 9 credit hours of accounting is preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in commercial lendingAdvanced knowledge of regulatory and compliance lending guidelinesBasic knowledge of accounting principles and practicesAbility to identify existing and potential issues and recognize the legal, transactional, and business implications of existing and omitted documentStrong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal directionDemonstrated excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlinesStrong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive documentsProficiency with LaserProIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields of study is preferred, or equivalent work experienceLocation:

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$35.60k - $38.50 hourly + commission
