Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Director to lead their well-established, AAHA-accredited, small animal GP/Urgent Care hospital. With the support of experts across Operations, HR, and Marketing, the Medical Director will play a pivotal role in promoting the practice's continued growth and fostering a positive, diverse culture. This dynamic position combines the ability to practice advanced medicine with the leadership responsibilities of managing a high-quality veterinary team.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:Manage and improve medical protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the veterinary team, fostering a positive clinic culture.Offer clients thorough medical guidance and recommendations to enhance pet health outcomes.Work closely with departmental leads to promote practice growth and success.Package:
