Personal Assistant to CEOThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal / Executive Assistant to support a CEO and High Net Worth Individual out of their family office setting, working on a collaborative team of assistants.Salary commensurate with experience : $120-140k base + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits and 401k matchLocation : Midtown NYC - Tuesday - Thursday in office, but need to be flexible to go in Mondays/Fridays if neededHours:
8:30am-5:30/6pm with a 24/7 mentalitySeeking:4 year Degree requiredIdeally 4+ years of relevant experience - a mix of Personal Assistant & Executive Assistant preferred (including some professional/corporate experience)Must have extensive Outlook scheduling experienceVery articulate with clear, professional verbal and written communication skillsMastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordConfidentiality & discretion is incredibly importantVery collaborative in nature to work with the other PAs on the teamThis is a very scheduling & calendar heavy role across their professional and personal/family time, including kids appts - all of the information is in there in the format the principals like itSomeone who is a great problem solver and efficientTolerance for direct feedbackResponsibilities include:Manage Outlook calendar and contacts for family of 5Execute task list of miscellaneous requestsOnline research and purchasesManage activities and scheduling for 3 kidsBook appointments and reservations for family membersBook commercial and Private jet travelAssist with party and event planningOversee NYC based home staff (housekeepers, nannies, property manager) across multiple propertiesOversee household inventory and tend to inventory walkthroughs if neededMaintain Excel spreadsheetsAnswer calls and emailsPlease submit your resume to apply!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting .
