About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager at Captions, you will be the linchpin in our product release process, driving projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Your key role will involve anticipating and removing roadblocks that hinder our developers, allowing them to concentrate on solving complex technical problems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage project timelines, and leverage data to address opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, data science, product design, and customer support teams to ensure impactful releases for users.Facilitate internal communication across all departments, from engineering to marketing, to prepare for each release and coordinate additional testing requirements.Analyze and synthesize analytics and customer feedback in partnership with customer support and data science to identify and prioritize opportunities or issues.Work with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure all content is accurate and ready for publication.Requirements:
