Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only - Dayton, Ohio

- Seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine Physician- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population- Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position- Monday - Friday No nights, no weekends- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (12-15 patients per day)- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullestLocation: Dayton, OH-
