As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you are responsible for assisting with the establishment and implementation standards of resident care.Oversees maintenance and accuracy of resident's clinical records, reflecting current status and maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident's cognitive and functional ability.Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting.Be a key nurse manager in infection control protocol maintenance.If you are compassionate and want a career with a growing company, this is the position for you. Education: RN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience: Two years experience as a Registered Nurse and prefer prior experience in the long-term care industryLicense: Current RN licensure in the state employed, CPR certificationStrong desire to provide quality care to our residentsDetail Oriented
