Job Title: Physician Job Specialty: Anesthesiology - Cardiac Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Active Arkansas License required Certifications: Board Certified, TEE certification preferred Must-Have: - COVID Vaccination Job Description: - Provide anesthesia for cardiac and vascular cases. - Supervise CV CRNA(s). - Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs). - Place epidurals. - Comfortable performing all cardiac cases except transplants, including ECMO and thoracic cases. - Work efficiently in a Level II Trauma Center with a strong cardiovascular program. - Utilize CERNER EMR system. - Collaborate with a team of CV CRNAs and CV MDs. - Occasionally manage and run own room if CV caseload decreases. - Assist with intubations, a-lines, and average case volume of 60. - Participation in orientation after 8 hours required.
