Job Description:

Responsible for creating legal documents, making edits, formatting and proofreading

Prepares legal documents for e-Filing

Responsible for preparing new client matters, retainer letters and assist with some billing

Maintains and monitors attorney calendars, meetings and conference calls

Assists with attorney expenses

Good problem solver who can interact with clients and attorneys

Detail oriented who maintains confidentiality

Skills

Excellent communication and writing skills with a positive attitude

Strong typing skills & computer skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Enjoys assisting attorneys in the practice of law

Strong interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to write and communicate well

Exceptional proofreading skills; ability to ensure correct grammar and punctuation
