JOB OVERVIEW:The Information Technology (IT) Director Service Delivery is a member of the IT leadership team responsible for organizing, leading, and supporting strategic organizational and IT initiatives that have a direct impact on our communities.RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:Responsibilities:As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:Support the development and lead the implementation of strategic IT initiatives.Tackle intricate challenges with community applications, operating procedures, and support reliable, efficient, and smart IT solutions.Analyze programs, services, and costs to identify opportunities to optimize or revamp solutions.Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and consultants.Interface with business leaders and critical business stakeholders to maintain and build relationships and understand ITs impact on their business functions.Coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them.Collaborate with several internal and external teams including key stake holders, vendor service delivery leads, project managers, and multi-disciplinary teams within IT to develop or improve delivery strategies.Work with other departments to develop budgets and forecasting plans for the future initiatives.Evaluate existing processes and procedures and lead operational improvements to enhance the IT departments efficiency and effectiveness.Provide status reports on work progress to executive leadership.Support development of key performance indicators on initiatives aligned with organizational goalsServe as a mentor to IT teams through coaching and training.Provide guidance, leadership, development, and execution of business responsibilities to meet or exceed key performance indicators or other metrics.Evaluate contracts, statements of work, and other vendor agreements.Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.Perform other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related discipline.Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experienceMinimum of ten (10) years leadership experienceExperience delivering and managing large enterprise platformsExperience with measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) managementExperience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Release Management practice, Application Programming Interface (API) frameworksPrior experience as in application or report development, and/or business analysis is preferredExperience leading, developing, and executing program management
