Responsibilities

Leads the creation of written policies and procedures. Updates existing policies and procedures as needed.Serves as the Designated Employee Representative of the FAA regulated Drug and Alcohol Policy program.Monitors and processes Workers Compensation claims and incidents.Researches employee benefit packages options. Acts as contact point for benefit administration. Solicits RFP for potential benefits. Evaluates benefit options and trends annually. Leads implementation of benefit solutions.Assists employees with benefit issues as needed.Tracks employee time off and overtime. Maintains records of time off accruals and policies.Acts as the administrator of the 401k retirement plan.Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution, coaching and counseling managers and employees.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
