Supports the overall Payer Contracting/Managed Care Department strategy.Provides guidance and support to internal stakeholders with the primary objective of enhancing departmental operations, company growth and revenue optimization.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

A Minimum of
7 years of experience
in provider/payer healthcare setting.Bachelor's
degree required.Professional level knowledge of health system payor/provider contracting, negotiations and provider credentialing and enrollment activities.Has knowledge of healthcare financing principles. Understanding of the MD All Payor system preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProject management or coordination experience.Excellent at multi-tasking.Has experience in working with cross-functional teams/departmentsand the ability to work well with all levels of the business.Must possess advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of leadership and staff, internal providers, and external business-related associates.Must possess strategic judgment to effectively balance and represent the interests of multiple parts of the Sheppard Pratt clinical enterprise to outside parties.Work requires strong analytical ability to solve complex problems, and the ability to prioritize workload, planning for cyclical as well as daily tasks/events meeting deadlines, responding promptly to critical organizational/program issues, and managing the demands of multiple projects very frequently.Benefits:
