Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Finance Senior Manager for High Growth markets in the largest region in the company. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic Finance partner for Sales leaders to drive business growth and profitability across their areas of responsibility. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that influence decision-making and optimize business performance.
This position will require 3 days onsite in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY.
Responsibilities:Partner with 3 Senior Sales Leaders to accelerate profitable, and sustainable growth in their businessesCoaching and development of a team of Sales Finance AnalystsSupport Revenue forecasting process, with the goal of delivering high levels of accuracy, including outlook modelling and benchmarking based on historical data as requiredAnalyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementProvide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting long-term business objectives.Drive process improvements and efficiencies to focus resources on value creation activitiesNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed byemployees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, abilities, and skills required ofpersonnel so classified.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field12+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with three years of experience as a Manager in a related Financial fieldExperience leveraging BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, for data-driven decision-makingAdvanced Excel and Power Point capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
MBA preferredOutstanding analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations is a mustStrong ability to communicate, build trust and influence at Exec level across functionsDemonstrated drive and motivation for continuous improvementProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAdaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Salary:
USD 133000.00 - USD 199400.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
