Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range$117,200.00 - $193,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Travelers is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst (QA/BA) to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization as we grow and transform our Technology landscape. This position is responsible for understanding IAM systems and their associated business processes. They gather requirements, define them into specifications, identify and close any requirement gaps, work with technical team to divide and plan projects, and assist/execute quality assurance.
What Will You Do?Analyze, validate, formulate, and document business, functional and technical requirements.Prepare clear business, functional, technical requirements, and use cases.Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Software Engineers, and with the wider product and development team to understand how new features/systems should be tested and to contribute to automated tests for these new features/systems.Collaborate with engineers to define and implement mechanisms to inject testing earlier into the software development process.Identify, write, and execute test cases from the requirements and/or acceptance criteria, work with the Developers on bugs and issues.Create and manage test plans, which includes working with Application Development, and Project Management to ensure that test plans are completed timely.Review testing outcomes to ensure performance of technology meets expectations.Track and communicate test results in a timely, effective, and automated manner.Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?10 years of experience in professional software testing and/or business analyst preferred.BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain knowledge preferred.Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems testing experience required.Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies (SailPoint, Okta etc.) knowledge preferred.Experience with building test plans required.Experience with collecting and documenting requirements required.Experience in writing user stories preferred.Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies required.Experience with Selenium and/or other automation tools preferred.Experience with project management preferred.What is a Must Have?
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in work experience.Two years of programming/development experience.What Is in It for You?
