Palm Aire Country Club is nestled within the Palm Aire Community, sitting on the Manatee/Sarasota corridor in beautiful Sarasota, FL. We are a privately-owned County Club with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where members consider themselves family.

Central to our County Club are two beautiful and challenging 18-hole championship golf courses. Our Superior Country Club is one of the largest in the greater Sarasota area. Located just minutes from downtown Sarasota, the regions beautiful beaches and virtually adjacent to the Mall at University Town Center, Palm Aire provides a perfect location for living the good life.

POSITION OVERVIEW

If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to be part of our exceptional team, we are seeking a

part-time

motivated and enthusiastic

Busser

to join our team. In this role, you will support our dining staff by ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized and ready for service. The Busser is responsible for being attentive to members/guests and to ensure best services through the support of servers and staff. Cleaning tables, chairs, quickly removing dirty dishes, refilling beverages and general upkeep of the table are all part of a busser's role. This role will clean and reset tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner and communicate effectively to servers and managers.

The Busser will be professional, friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality member/guest service. We are always willing to train the right person. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clear and clean tables promptly after members have finished dining.Assist servers with table settings and refilling water and beverages.Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.Set up and break down dining areas for events and special occasions.Ensure all utensils, glassware and dishes are properly stored and organized.Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.BENEFITS

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
