The successful candidate will undertake independent and collaborative endeavours in resolving electrical engineering dilemmas for the company's clientele. Assignments typically revolve around the design of power systems catering to low to medium voltage (MV) electrical frameworks, implementation of relaying solutions for MV or Transmission & Distribution (T&D) systems, as well as ventures into controls engineering encompassing system blueprinting, PLC/SCADA programming, commissioning, and launch. Additionally, responsibilities may entail project oversight, with project scopes ranging across diverse sectors spanning heavy industrial, power utilities, and renewable energy, exhibiting considerable variability from one project to another.

Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Although a Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable, it is not mandatory.Accumulated experience of 10+ years in pertinent domains.Demonstrated mastery in any of the following core specializations:

T&D Substation conceptualization.Renewable Energy (e.g., Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Electrification).Power Engineering focusing on heavy industrial setups.Automation Engineering or Programming encompassing PLC, DCS, or SCADA Systems.System Relaying methodologies.

Proficiency in utilizing design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalents is advantageous.Familiarity with solar design software such as PVsyst or analogous platforms is beneficial.Working acquaintance with electrical modelling software like SKM, ETAP, or similar utilities is preferred.Understanding of PLC or DCS systems is advantageous.Knowledgeable about the electric utility industry landscape and pertinent environmental concerns.
