This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.+ Assist engineering team and production developing parts/brackets, /test fixtures etc.+ Perform systems documentation+ Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and requirements including all certifications+ Review, interpret and execute all regulation and specifications required by customers+ Coordinates with customers on Source Inspections, FAIs, and Govt Source Inspectors, etc.+ Provide related technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and procurement.+ Report audit findings to management and develop plans for corrective action+ Evaluate and design the workflow process+ Develop a program and develop a process+ Diagnose mechanical failures, determine solutions, and make repairsMust Have+ Experience programming CNC Mills/Lathes (up to 4-axis)+ Previous NPI experience (new product introduction)+ Previous experience managing projects from start to finish+ Solidworks and Master Cam+ Bachelor's degree preferably+ Previous hands-on experience with machining components (Bridgeport, Lathe, CNC etc.)+ Experience in interpreting prints by operation and final inspection.+ Experience Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Nice to Haves+ Experience programming 5-axis+ Knowledge of material knowledge+ ERP experience*Benefits, Holiday Pay and PTO offered*About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
