Dolce Riviera

Dolce Riviera emulates the breezy, spectacular resort of the Italian Riviera or Capri seaside. The upscale Italian restaurant features a nostalgic nautical theme that beckons recollections of the 'La Dolce Vita' era, once heralded as the golden age of cinema and dynamic creativity. The color of the interior dining scene mimics ombre shades of the ocean while the outdoor patio and pocket gardens flaunt reminisce of a giardino found in Italy.

The

Dishwasher

is responsible for keeping restaurants neat and clean to uphold the dining experience. They assist other employees in the kitchen as needed and follow all sanitary and health-related protocols. They ensure all utensils and glassware are clean and up to par with restaurant standards. Dishwashers' wash glassware and other implements by hand, when necessary, empty/clean all trash receptacles as well as clean beverage machines when necessary.

Job Functions

OperationsOperate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Ensure hand-washed items are properly sanitized.Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized.Remove trash and waste from the kitchen and dispose of it properly.Clean kitchen floors, walls, and other surfaces as directed.Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including washing windows and sanitizing work areas.Report any maintenance or repair needs to the kitchen manager or supervisors.Sanitation and Equipment

Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and requirements.Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and HHG requirements.Use the correct and care of all machinery in the kitchen operation, stressing safety.Meetings & Communication

Ensures smooth communication with Culinary leadership.Attire, Language, and Behavior

Is always neatly dressed and groomed wearing the proper uniform and non-slip shoes, and always behaves and speaks according to HHG standards of excellence.Treats all associates - in public and in private - with respect and consideration, regardless of their position or tasks.Physical Demand
