As a Sr Cyber Security Specialist, you'll analyze real-time transactions placed on for suspicious fraudulent activity to minimize Target Corporation fraud losses. You'll collaborate with the team to identify changing fraud trends and present new strategies to prevent unauthorized activity. You'll be working closely with peers, leaders, internal business partners, and external partners on special projects that expand fraud knowledge and skills, as well as pioneer process updates. You will understand risk in the context of its role and escalate identified issues as applicable. In this position, you will: Develop expertise within the Fraud Prevention domain - processing orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner through critical thinking and your attention to detail. This will all happen in a fast-paced environment to ensure that authorized orders are processed, and fraudulent orders are prevented. Consistently deliver strong productivity metrics through ever-changing processes and leadership initiatives beyond baseline expectations Initiate new strategies and collaborate with partners to identify and propose solutions to problems with current system and processes. About You: High School Diploma or GED; four-year degree or equivalent experience desired 1+ years of customer service experience Proven superior verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating and decision-making skills Ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner, show empathy, and deescalate as needed Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, verify and confirm activity, and identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as 'Flex for Your Day') work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
