Litigation Paralegal

What You'll Do as the Litigation Paralegal:

Assist attorneys in managing personal injury litigation cases, including gathering and organizing client records, evidence, and documents.Draft pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence.Conduct legal research and gather information to support case development.Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings.Prepare documents for depositions, hearings, and trials.Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist with settlement negotiations and preparation of settlement documents.Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including file management and scheduling.You'll Succeed as a Litigation Paralegal If You Have:

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury.Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and relevant laws.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in legal research and case management software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw).Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Ability to manage a large caseload and handle confidential information with discretion.Our Client Offers:
