Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our innovative trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial markets. This role involves developing and refining trading strategies, leveraging our state-of-the-art HPC stack, extensive historical data, and Azure cloud environment.

Primary duties will include:Apply advanced statistical techniques and quantitative models to analyze and predict market behaviors.Design and implement algorithms to optimize trading strategies, including execution, hedging, and market impact minimization.Utilize large historical datasets to research and backtest new trading strategies and models.Develop models for short-term and medium-term pricing, as well as probability and risk management in trading scenarios.Work closely with trading, technology, and operations teams to integrate quantitative research into the trading infrastructure.Stay current with advancements in quantitative finance, machine learning, and AI, applying this knowledge to enhance trading strategies.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.Qualifications

To land this role you will need :

Quantitative Skills:

Strong background in statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and probability theory.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools for quantitative analysis.Familiarity with high-performance computing environments (including the cloud) and handling large datasets.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply quantitative methods to real-world trading challenges.

Financial Knowledge:

Understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure.

What makes you stand out:

Experience in algorithmic trading, market-making, or similar quantitative finance roles.Knowledge of market impact modeling and hedging strategies.Familiarity with reinforcement learning, LLMs, and other AI-driven techniques in finance.Proven ability to translate quantitative research into actionable trading strategies.Education / Certification Requirements:

Education: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Working environment:
